Programm Particle Photon

I need a Particle Photon IOT device programmed to provide a visual guages dashboard on android & IOS using WiFi. The interface will connect to Victron Inverter USB serial port which is WatchPower Compliant and using the data output to feed to the Android/IOS Dashboard on request demand. certain events are to be configured to give and alert to the phone as they occur. I have a base WatchPower python script for the Particle Photon interfacing with the Inverter hardware diagrams will also be required for connectivity to the RXD & TXD pins on the Photon. I need a pleasing and clean Visualization of the gauges showing Grid Power, Load Power, Solar Power and battery SOC (State Of Charge) I will make the Photon accessible on internet for flashing code and testing when required.
