Python developer needed to help me fix a program with my program

I wrote a Python program using Jupyter notebook to automatically sending orders through IB api when certain condition is met, the program is very simple. The logic is buy when price > y and sell when price < z, with stop loss attached with each order. I use the ib-insync library to write my code. The problem is, while in majority (~80%) of the time it is doing the right job, sometimes (~20% of the trades) it sent the wrong order, i.e. it sells when price < y and buy when price > z. I need a developer to help me to fix this issue and check the reason why it is sending incorrect order. Thanks.
