PLEASE read carefully the document, prior bidding!! Also, please write few of your ideea about how can you want to done the app. Description : App that use RPi in order to detect the age and gender by using two method (can be 2 different apps or only one, selecting by an menu option) : Microsoft Azure API and OpenCV. The results (output) will be shown in browser (not by other method), using the HDMI port, the page must contain : menu for choosing the method of detection – if will be an single app, photo with face and results (age and gender).
