Search web page and return list of item rarity rankings associated with each item using Python and Selenium

Objective: Take a list Meebits ID and insert them into a search that returns the Meebits rarity ranking and attach the rarity ranking to each Meebits ID.
I would like to use python and selenium to input a list of unique IDs into the Meebits input box labeled “ID...” found in the upper left hand corner of the web page with a button labeled “Lookup” attached to it.
As each search is returned I would like the rarity ranking to be associated with the Meebits ID in a list.
As an end result, I will be able to see the Meebits ID and rarity ranking in two columns with as many rows as the input Meebits ID list.
