This is a brief explanation of the system required. Developers will need to sign and NDA to receive the full specifications. This is a system with blockchain and side-chain technologies. Side-chain technologies will be written in Python programming language. 1. Users have a unique identity and a very broad set of data about them from multiple sources. 2. Some data about users will be input manually and other data will be automatically input by IoT. 3. The system needs to gather the data from separate repositories, convert it to a common language (e.g. xml) and assemble it on the fly and feed it to a dashboard where users can choose how to view and compare data sets, e.g. bar graphs, time graphs, data comparisons over selected time periods, etc. 4. Smart contracts will transfer data between repositories. 5. All data should be de-identified and no hackers should be able to get a complete set of data. 6. System must be scalable to unlimited number of users. 7. Authentication using options of biometrics (iris scan/fingerprint), password and voice. 8. System must be EXTREMELY SIMPLE for users who input data and end users.
