vote system in Telegram Python

Would like to have a vote system for the Telegram users. 4 options A B C or D. Users can vote only ones. Data will be stored in the database. Set time for example 1 week and after that the vote systemwill be closed. Users can see how many users have voted and how much time is left before it close. Admin can change the text for option A B C or D and can reset the vote system for creating a new one. Users can type /Vote A, /Vote B, /Vote C or /Vote D. Admins can vote aswell they have options like /Vote New will clean vote database. /Vote_A MyTextHere and /Vote_B MyTextHere and also for C and D. set time limit with/Vote_Time 7 means 7 days and /Vote_Time X is vote system will not end until admin clears it. Script will be seperate from my main script. Always open for better solutions

Hey, I have just completed a telegram project where I was listening to user messages and forwarding user messages to a Google spreadsheet. And my client was a special user who could enter commands like /start and /stop ( cannot discuss much about it ). But what I wanna say is that this project can be done with the help of Django and Telegram API where /vote A, /vote B, /vote C and /vote D are just commands which I have to listen to and Create, Read, Update or Delete the data in the Database. This is truly something innovative and I would love to work on this project. Thank you.
