I am build back-end of websites using Flask for more than 5 years now, I will be the perfect person for this job if you prefer web programming in python. - For Front-end i will use HTML5, CSS3, BootStrap and JavaScript (reason to use raw languages instead of wordpress or wix is so that in future if you want to make any changes to your website, i will be easy to do with these basic languages.)
