I am a Senior Research Fellow in Bioinformatics and have carried several data analysis projects. I have analysed sequence data with varying locations and time points. I have an experience of multivariate analysis using MANOVA. I have done Principal Component Analysis (PCA) and NMDS for multivariate analysis after calculating the distance matrix such as Bray Curtis, UniFrac, Hellinger etc. using R programming. Along with this, I have also tested for the robustness of clusters formed using ANOSIM, and calculated the inter- and intra-sample differences. I have also carried out correlation tests such as Spearman's rank correlation to identify the correlation of variables taken into consideration. I have carried out a detailed analysis of 840 treated and non-treated biological samples collected at three different time points having different clinical parameters.
