Raspberry Pi connected with S7-300

Raspberry Pi and S7-300 project. A python code should be created for the sensors (dht11, rain sensor, wind sensor eltako). After reading out, the sensor values (current values) should be passed on to the S7-300 PLC via the ethernet interface. All I need is the code for the 3 sensors and the further processing of the values on the Ethernet interface. (Knowledge of Raspberry Pi and S7-300 is desirable)

Actuators:
water pump
lighting
Model wind turbine
Goal: The water pump should only run when:
- temperature> 5 °
- No rain
The model wind turbine should only run when:
- Wind speed below 50 km / h
The actuators (water pump and wind turbine) are connected to the S7-300.
Raspberry Pi sends the data to the s7-300 pus via the ethernet interface. S7 controls my actuators.
