Architecture design for duplex villa

An Architect is required to do the overall look of duplex villa design and other structures, interior and exterior designs. Proposed design also must be functional, safe, modern, and comply with Saudi Arabia regulations. The duplex consists of two side by side duplicated units. Each unit is 2.5 floors as follow: 1- Front yard with car garage. 2- Backyard with landscape or seating area 3- Ground floor should have1 guest rooms with dining room and guest bathroom ,living room, kitchen and 1 bathrooms. 4- First floor should have1 master bedroom with bathroom and walk in closet, 2 bedrooms with bathroom in each, small living room. 5- Second floor should have 1 bedroom with bathroom, wash room for laundry. Constriction restrictions 1- 2 meter should be left on the sides of the building 2- building should be 5-meter minimum away from the street 3- building should not exceed 60% of the lot area Lot information size: 22*30meters Each unit: (11 meters by 30 meters) Location: Saudi Arabia, Dammam Lot face: West ( as per attached plan ) Project Deliverables: 1) Floor plans 2) Interior and exterior designs in 3D 3) Aerial view of the building please submit your initial concept proposal as detailed above along with your previous similar projects as an example.
