This is just a conceptual project; Accuracy is not required as long as it is proportional. The design is only meant for 1. Create a module one floor building ( 6mx6m), made of regular brick painted in white with full glass façade ( example sketch and design will be provided). this building should be used as a cafe, mini market, a store and more. 2. The building has to be enveloped with a metal façade (an example will be provided ) 3. Once the module and design are approved, a 3d generated strip ( made of 4 buildings next to each other, in addition to greenery and landscape ) is required. 4. Also, a small plaza made of the same building scattered with shading elements, greenery, and the landscape is required ( sample will be provided )
