detailed 3D modelling of the interior design of a living room space

Software requirements: 3DS MAX and Revit Preferably someone with a degree/training/basic knowledge in interior design as I have only focused on the layout with a attention to details for the designing/colours/materials/finishes and so it has not been done with any specific dimensions in mind. So some space planning/aesthetic placing decisions will be required with mutual discussions. For instance, all the objects needs to be placed in a way that a single person walking space is there between and around them. Need detailed view/render of each angle of the room to cover all the details. Colours and patterns and materials need to be clearly shown and as realistic as possible preferably without any deviation from the ones shown in the sketches as i am aiming to represent particular trends in interior design Kindly note that this project is for student assignment purposes so it should not be put up/shared/disclosed publicly anywhere or on any website. Also, some renders of the developmental work need to be shown of work in progress (maybe 2 or 3) besides those of the completed project view. Because again, it is to be submitted as student assignment/work. I will attach two sketches showing the layout of the living room space. Against each single detail there will be numbered references, the details of which will be provided separately. While designing the space, you will be able to get complete details in the form of pictures of the items/spaces of files against the number reference.
