What we need: Simulated air flow analysis for the development of a carbon air filter (someone specialized in filtration ie. sand, carbon, HVAC (furnace and AC filters)). We can supply detailed simulated 3D models to run the analysis on. Must have experience in Ansys, Solidworks, etc. Air travels through holes in the filter, through packed activated carbon and out the flange. We need a specific CFM for their appropriate flange sizes. This is crucial to ensure air flow falls into an appropriate range before the filter is 3D printed. We'll be working with a mechanical engineer to ensure max air flow without compromising the strength of the frame. We're all focused, friendly and excited to work with you! To contact me directly: [Removed by Freelancer.com Admin - please see Section 13 of our Terms and Conditions] Video to clarify concept (not made by us): [login to view URL] Requirements: -Experience with activated carbon filters a huge asset -NDA is required to be signed Bonus: - Experience with machine packing carbon or carbon it self.
