3d house plan from 3 x A1 scanned architectual drawings

I would like an architects drawing from the 80's put into a CAD package so It can be viewed in 3D. Sketchup would be good but happy to accept in any form that can be easily edited with any free 3D software and ultimatley converted into something that can be 3D printed! The existing drawings are PDF's made from scans of the original A1 drawings - The resolution of each of the 3 drawings in the PDF is about 10721 x 7817, it's not quite clear enough to dimension Exactly but good enough for to give a reasonably accurate CAD - i can get it exact with a laser at some point in the future, for me on this one, it doesn't have to be perfect From the scaling - roughly 1237 pixels = 100mm and 10721 pixels horizontal scan, I believe the originals are A1 so should be scaled so in the cad file you make. I'm not worried about colours or textures, whatever works for you, I can add colours / textures later I've attached a lower resolution copy of the drawings, realistically it's only the first that you'll need but others are included to assist with dimensioning and thickness' my final plan for the 3D model will be to allow somene to add walls, etc and visualise what it'll look like!
