Make me a 3D model in Maya to use in Blender in the style of Pixar's characters

I was wondering if there is a way anyone could create this EXACT model of the RACCOON from Incredibles 2. Exact look, shape, size etc. I kneed someone who uses Maya since Pixar animators also use Maya to create their models. I was also wondering if anyone could make it a rig for me to use in Blender? I know there is a way to use Maya model files with Blender so could someone also rig up it's arms, mouth, eyes, legs, tail etc. as well as send me the project file in .obj, .fbx or .dae. so I can make my own renders with it. (I have Blender and I want to make pictures with this raccoon render) (and maybe you could also render the raccoon into a picture to show me what it'll look like) Since I need this to use for myself could you make the model then send me your own image of it rendered then I know it's what I want, I pay you, then you send me the file for it
