3D model of infrastructure project

We need a 3D artist who can develop FBX mobile ready (so low poly / low texture size) models to be used in Unity3D for displaying a new infrastructure project. Attached is a map of the infrastructure. On this map several models should be developed like: - Several buildings with solar boxes on roof - Windmills - Roads - Ships - Cars - Trees - Lanterns - etc. For a complete overview take a look at the attached [login to view URL] file and the video. The video shows how the models should be made (so very low poly and simple models!). I added also several screenshots on how these models should be made. Summarized (but please take a look at the video, map and screenshots): - +/- 10 simple buildings - 2 more detailes buildings - 1 windmill - 3 types of boats - 3 types of trees - person on bycicle - small car - 3 types of person walking - 2 types of person sitting - 1 bridge - 2 types of lanterns - truck - water - grass (low / high) The models of the buildings, cars, boats, etc should be in fbx format including materials/colors used. The model file should be imported in Unity3D so we can animate several parts of the total model like car, boat, windmill, etc. We are in the middle of the proposal to our customer so the developer who offers the best price / quality (by example to show his own portfolio of created 3D mobile ready models) will be contracted once our client has confirmed the assignment to our agency. The confirmation is expected in 2 weeks. So after the confirmation the developer can start building the models. The total set of models should be realized in 2 weeks time. So to be clear: if the assignment is not confirmed there will be no assignment for you also but probably we will hire you in one of our other upcoming projects.
