3D Renderings of Two Similar Houses (seen from the front) Each With Slightly Different Roof Styles and Paint Colors

I have a gently sloped building site with space for two homes. House A has a flat, sloped roof (see Elevation attachment) and is located on the upper lot. It is the same floorplan as House B, located on the lower lot, however House B has a gabled style roof (see Rendering attachment). Each of them have minor cosmetic differences (e.g. colors). I have some renderings that I had completed previously, and I like them, but the deck is changed (see Elevation) and the window locations, etc, so they are no longer accurate. I need renderings that are consistent with window, siding, and balcony updates made in the Elevation file. NOTE: Both houses are located in the Pacific Northwest of the United States (no cactus here as you select plants around the houses!) and they will be visualized in daytime only. The project will be awarded in the next 48 hours. I will expect 3 minor iterations over the course of 3 days, after which time the project will pay out. Any further changes after that will be compensated as time and materials. 3D Max (or whatever) source files are appreciated upon project completion in case I want to make small changes myself later. If you do a great job, I have some other projects coming soon and would love to hire you for them!
