Hello, I see that you are looking for a standart 3D walk-through, you want to show the stadium to audience (from a distance of course), then moving to the road that leads to villas. Villas will be shown to audience after that we gonna see the club house which will take place in the middle of the sun-flower pattern. After that we gonna lift to the sky and show the pattern of the project to the audience. You are asking for a high quality image, how high would be a good question. I see that there is no attached examples. So I'm not sure how much time do I need to spend on this project. But even with photo-realistic outcome it wouldn't take more then a week (so no exceeded deadline). But work time can vary between 10-50 hours which would have different prices. 600 dollars for high quality image and render. It can't be less then 300 due to render time even if the work time is less then that.
