Report of recommendations needed - Review current bank reconciliations process and provide process impovements to streamline this process.

I have worked in an accounts department of a small building company for the past 2 and a half years having full control of all the accounts work (reconciliations, vat returns etc) for the majority. Recently headhunted by a larger firm where I will be taking a more senior role all round the business. I have come up with my own solutions to various reporting duties over the past couple of years to help stream line my job but staying accurate.
