Benefits Analyst.
$15-25 USD / hour
Supporting day-to-day operations of the benefits team, including retirement and health & welfare plans.
Advising management on resolving benefits issues.
Building and maintaining relationships with health and retirement plan providers.
Reviewing and processing vendor invoices, resolving disputes, and reporting on fees and costs.
Researching benefits plans, programs, and policies to assist employees with complex benefits concerns.
Reviewing enrollment, billing, and utilization reports.
Analyzing payroll deduction reports.
Requesting, preparing, and distributing reports to be used for plan audits.
Submitting compliance filings for various federal, state, and local entities.
Working closely with vendors to resolve issues impacting enrollment, eligibility, and other employee questions.
Reviewing employee communications and supporting distribution efforts.
