Project Manager for digital campaigns in Middle East

Hello, We are a digital agency and we need a “project manager” in freelance for one mission, principally in UAE, Lebanon and KSA. We need a professional based in one of the two countries, who speak English and Arabic (French is bonus). The freelancer will have the main mission to support us in launching digital campaigns in these countries. The frequency is 3 campaigns for year. Here is a small description of this “Project Management” support mission:  - in charge of coordinating between the agency and local third parties to check the feasibility of different kind of projets, for instance :  > in charge of the "legal” research and official approval follow up : contact with local authorities to submit the Facebook contest > goodies producer and / or distributors research : look for local contacts to produce, customise and / or send such goodies  The task includes to also keep record of all research (in a excel Google doc for instance) in order to both track and archive. Those missions are not exhaustive and can apply to KSA, UAE and Lebanon. The idea is to win efficiency over time and gained experience.  Concrete example : For instance, lets say we carry a campaign in UAE with a dinner for 2 at a fancy restaurant to win, the person should be able to check : - is this kind of campaign is allowed - if yes, how can it be "practised”  - make the contact and follow us In this special case, we would need to get in touch with the municipality, to send them the campaign mechanism, to send them a list of 3 pre-winners, and THEY will choose the final winner !
