Hi I understand from your description that the project bidder can film the video in any country. In that case, I believe I would be the best candidate as I have just moved from Mexico to the UK to live with my husband. I have been through all the difficulties of obtaining a visa, worrying about moving to a colder climate, language difficulties etc. I love taking photographs and filming videos and would be able to create this in a day.
