I'm looking for an experienced sales manager to help me building a 30/60/90 day plan presentation. Objective : Layout a plan to explain how you will start your role and the actions you will take during your first 90 days Input The BDR team is composed of 23 BDRs with 1 manager and 3 Team Leads. You are hired to start leading a team of 6 Outbound BDRs. You will have 2 Senior BDRs with 1 under-performing, 1 BDR being on full quota the month you start, 2 BDRs going through month 2 and 1 BDR to start next month. Expected output Written/Slide presentation of your 90-day plan
