Bring Clients for Securing their websites

I need some help with selling my website 360degree security to get 100 clients on paid.

I am looking for someone good with Social Media Ads, Executing Social media strategies, Group marketing, Building Landing pages, Funnels, Running Adwords and optimizing it to drive desired ROI.

I am looking for someone already experienced with this already and preference would be to who has been doing this for someone else into getting software clients, software development clients, or has great connection with website owners. As my product in question now is a 360degree Security for Websites against hack, malware and over several reasons where the attackers can attack. We even do manual code review and give reports to website owners with exact code screenshots and explanation which part of code needs attention. This service is valuable for website owners who spends atleast $1k a month on their website promotion, or some websites who are already making atleast of $1k monthly on their websites, either they collect client's crucial information(with or without credit cards/payments/invoices) on their site.

Preferred only experienced VAs /agencies(not for someone who need to learn and get training before getting any results) - Someone who has confidence on bringing clients to this, make connections, build relationships organically; or, can build a paid way of getting clients to this(Google + bing + facebook with remarketing experience preferred).

I am open to discuss the payment schedules. It may take anywhere between 4 to 20 hours a month. Initially an hour a day to brainstorm, build landing pages, building funnels, and later to brainstorm and make ads and optimize ads.

Currently I have few proposals from some other agencies but would like to explore talent in this group if I can get.

1. If you charge a fix monthly fee + ad spends.

2. If you charge a % on the ad spends as fees.

3. CPA - Cost per action model. (Either Lead base pricing on every qualified leads, or Conversion base pricing)
