Business Analyst or Lead Generator

I am looking for person who can generate leads and convert into sales. Leads has to be generated and closed by using your own skills and tools like maybe bidding or through your contacts or by sending emails etc. whatever you prefer. Payment will depend on the project cost and we can negotiate on it. If i am satisfied about your work, then i will consider you for long term or hire you full time. Candidate from Bhopal will be preferred and if he/she has an experience in bidding then it will be best.
