House Cleaning / Office Cleaning Company is seeking 2 admin assistants that have a good track record of experience with other businesses doing things such as taking incoming calls to schedule appointments with customers, calling customers to confirm appointments, some light crm work is helpful, dispatching people to jobs, providing good customer service, replying to business emails, positive and fun person to work with who is kind of people person as this job requires a good amount of call/customer interaction, following up with email lead inquires / voicemail inquires, etc. Our normal business hours are from 8:30am to 5:30pm mon - sat and we are basically looking for 2 admin assistants to help us with a morning shift each day and an afternoon shift, and the owner helps out with a few shifts during the week as well when needed. The ideal match for this job is someone who is used to working remotely with a professional office kind of setup in their house , can learn new business programs and software pretty easily , enjoys talking with customers on the phone and making outbound calls to customers for lead follow ups and confirmation appointment reminders, and just overall wants to grow with a company. We are in 3 cities right now and seriously short-staffed on our admin part of the company and looking to make some quick hires for candidates that match up pretty well of what we are looking for.
