They have 100 available seats but we can start off with 5 tenured agents with 5+ years customer outbound/telemarketing/back end support expertise and experience. They have a very deep experience in credit standing repair first by reviewing credit reports in credit bureaus such us TransUnion, Equifax, Experian or Credit Karma, second by filing disputes from collection accounts, late payment fees, or no payment at all and third, able to close disputes. These agents knows how to educate customers on how to get good credit standing through any of the ff applicable: increasing credit limit, paying down outstanding balances,paying off high interest accounts and/or ride coattails to someone who has good credit standing. This established contact center which is located in the capital city of the Philippines, which is in Manila, they are located in BGC, Taguig, has already a softphone and dialer VoIP, with customer relations management or CRM already, with CST for product information, with office set up of 200 seats, a system tool that would track the agents real time if they are taking calls or not and good manager who will manage the metrics or KPIs real time.
