Follow Up Phone Calls

I need to hire someone to make phone calls to existing customers. We call them "miss you calls". You will be calling customers who we haven't seen in a few months and asking them if they would like to schedule their next appointment.
We use zoho crm and ring central so familiarity with these softwares and/or willingness to learn them is necessary.
