Market A Christmas Song

A client has written a dance pop Christmas song. It has a very commercial chart sound. He wants to sell the track to an artist or celebrity for them to release this Christmas.

Therefore he needs someone to market the song to publishers, artists or celebrities and will share any profit with someone who does that successfully.

Two important points:

1) This is not a social media project.

2) The client isn't an artist. He isn't trying to get a record deal or become famous. He just wants to sell the song to an artist so they can release it.

You will need to approach people and companies by phone or email. We have a few names to approach but apart from that you will need to self-manage the project. We are happy to provide help and discuss things but essentially we're looking for someone who is confident in their abilities.

Success is when you place the song with a commercially recognised manager, publisher or artist. You must be able to do this to get paid.

Anyone with music industry experience is welcome but people without it will be too. Because Christmas isn't far away, the only thing that counts is the ability to deliver within 1 month. For that you will be paid $5000 plus a percentage of the profits.
