Over at Pabloo, we are developing amazing technology that is geared toward reducing churn for businesses through gamification. We’re looking for people to join our team who share a passion for making a positive difference in technology and feel connected to our core values. ### **Position Summary** As an Account Manager at Pabloo, you will play a lead role in driving long-term retention and revenue growth. You will act as a connector, working closely to establish clients, and connecting Pabloo with other brands and businesses to drive sales. This role covers the full customer lifecycle, from supporting relationships during launch to overseeing scaling efforts and expansion opportunities over time. ### **Responsibilities** - Own and grow client partnerships with the goal of integrating Pabloo services. - Drive all client activities by owning cadence, agenda, and strategy for weekly and monthly calls to facilitate new partnerships. - Remain in sync with success metrics that matter to our customers and develop a set of KPIs that are regularly measured and jointly reviewed. - Facilitate and build C-level relationships between Pabloo and clients, optimizing for strategic positioning, alignment, and growth. - Represent the voice of our customers internally to ensure Pabloo’s roadmap aligns with active customer roadmaps where appropriate. - Negotiate and execute renewal and amendment contracts to retain customers and ensure partnerships remain mutually beneficial to both Pabloo and our valued customers. - Identify expansion opportunities and sales to expand existing service offerings for active customers. - Keep abreast of industry trends, client press, and new product rollouts internal to Pabloo. ### **Qualifications** - Background in managing enterprise accounts and driving sales - Experience in the Tech industry required - Experience navigating clients through complex product expansions - Comfort with ambiguity: experience adapting to rapidly changing environments and contributing to an evolving customer management process - Curiosity: always looking for an opportunity to learn, grow, and give/receive feedback - Critical core competencies include: Ability to work independently; strong ability to proactively develop relationships; excellent communication skills; ability to think strategically about client needs, agendas, and dynamics, and create solutions and approaches that deliver on client needs; demonstrated leadership experience. --- --- --- ### Summary Pabloo was founded in 2022 and is based in Silicon Valley. We’re searching for an eager sales representative with a desire for high-paced growth. ### Responsibilities - Achieve Sales Goals and Customer Satisfaction Standards. - Learn the key selling points of the products and present them to the customer. - Attend networking events to meet prospective clients. - Travel to client sites to pick up samples may be required. - Meet with your dedicated sales mentor 3 times a week. ### Requirements - Minimum age 18. - No professional experience is needed. - Excellent communication skills. - Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities. - Excellent Written Communication Skills (Preferred). ### Personal growth - Receive professional sales training including soft skills and product training. - Learn what works and what fails when making a sale. - 1:1 sales coaching.
