Do you have a proven track record working in high ticket sales? Do you get excited by the chase and closing new leads? I am a Digital Agency owner based in London, specializing in offering two services (Paid Traffic & Social Media Management). I only offer these two services, as I want to guarantee results for my clients and not dilute my product offering. This will make it significantly easier for you to close any prospective client. If successful, you would become an established member of our digital agency team, working alongside our team of marketers & strategists. This is an excellent opportunity to excel in a growing company that has ambition to secure as many clients as possible within the real estate sector in London. If you have previous real estate experience (selling to agents / brokers / insurers / retail) that would be advantageous, but not necessary. I will be working alongside you, providing guidance and support 24/7, as well as providing you with scripts / hacks that have been proven already. Lead generation: • You can use any form of lead generation tactics to target prospective clients, either email outreach, cold calling, LinkedIn, Facebook groups etc. • You must be confident in your execution and be able to handle C-suite executives in a well respected industry, real estate • Presentable and well mannered These are the following subsections of real estate that you can target: • Real estate firms • Estate agents • Property auction houses • Holiday home companies / luxury holiday homes • Architects / Surveyors • Property brokers • Mortgage brokers / bridging loan brokers etc. (SME sized) • Interior designers • Construction companies • Property developers • Real estate investment funds Please have a read of the following article to understand the target market - [login to view URL] Compensation: • I target clients who are willing to pay a MINIMUM of £3,000.00 - £5,000.00 a month on a retainer basis. • In the meeting, I encourage you to use a set of discovery questions (that I will provide) and distinguish whether the potential client can pay more than £5,000.00. • You will be awarded 50% of this amount so this will work in your favor, if you are ambitious and looking to make serious money. • Furthermore, if you have successfully landed and nurtured the client relationship for more than 5 months, you will be entitled to a 10% total recurring retainer. • Therefore, using a £5,000.00 client on a 12 month retainer example, you could be earning £5,500.00 each year from just one client.
