Another slide on Era foods are a UK based food manufacturer with a range of their own brands sold widely in a range of large and small retailers. Their products cover a number of food categories including snacks, bakery, cooking sauces and desserts. Recently they have been working on a new range of ready meals and complimentary desserts. In this new product development work, there has been a focus on healthy foods including provision of a number of gluten free options. Although the gluten free market is new to All New Foods they are aware that it is an expanding area and have decided that if these new ready meals and desserts are successful they will look at making more of their existing product ranges gluten free. All New Foods Ltd have approached Coeliac UK to find out more about our work in the gluten free sector and explore if there are options to work with us. As part of the team meeting All New Foods you have been asked to prepare and deliver a ten minute presentation about Coeliac UK and our work and the options available to All New Foods for working with us and marketing their products out to our members.
