Spanish native speaker needed for cold calls

Good afternoon: We are the team of a Spanish startup that has developed a marketplace for professional hairdressing services. Right now we are looking for a freelancer to help us get providers to join our marketplace. The freelancer will make phone calls and contact providers to explain our project. It should not be a difficult task because it is not about selling anything, but to convince providers of the advantages of offering their services on our platform (registration is free). The ideal person would be a native Spanish speaker, persuasive and with some sales experience. We will provide the freelancer with a list of potential providers along with the script to be used for calls. The list contains a total of 50 providers. The goal is to get around 15, so it is not necessary to cover the entire list. In case the freelancer achieves the objective we would like to keep collaboration for future projects. After this first round of calls by the freelancer, we will contact the providers to confirm some information. Therefore, we can check if the freelancer really contacted the person (we mention this just in case, to let you know that we will find out if the freelancer has not done the work).
