Asana Customization and Integration- PMP

We are an established media agency that utilizes several digital tools to manage teams and projects, track initiatives, collaborate, and streamline production. While the current architecture serves the organization's immediate needs, we are aware that it has become outdated and could be far more efficient. Now that we have more team members working remotely, we seek a highly-skilled PMP to review processes and update workflows and automation processes.

The company currently utilizes these key platforms:

Asana, Salesforce, GSuite, RingCentral, DropBox

Asana: Must have an expert-level understanding of Asana, including advanced organizational structuring, custom automation, rules, portfolios, goals, custom templates, and visual reports. In addition, the candidate must have a working knowledge of integrations and the ability to execute effectively.

Salesforce: Understanding of the CRM along with general functionality. Basic development and configuration experience is a plus but not mandatory.

GSuite: Must have a basic understanding of the features, tools, and integrations. The more experienced, the better!

RingCentral: No previous experience is required. However, the candidate will be required to familiarize themself with the system features and functionality and identify new opportunities that may exist to advance the organization's overall efficiency.

DropBox: Must have a basic understanding of the system and integration capabilities
