GSuite Usage Audit and Security Redesign

We currently have a user base of 120 users (going towards 200) using GSuite Standard subscription. It was rolled out at very fast pace, and overtime, there is an obvious lack of structure usage of it, and now we are in the position to audit the current usage , and set up formal policy and guideline on how users should be using it, as well as setting up the various access, monitoring features so we have maximum control and visibility over its usage. We are willing to upgrade to GSuite Enterprise to capitalize on its extra features to achieve the goal. We are looking of a person , who has done a large GSuite roll out , not just as a participant level, but someone who has looked at the business usage and structured the GSutie usage matching to the business needs and with ongoing security , visibility and security, ongoing guideline , GSuite Administrators role and responsibility as well as scalability.
