I want to build up inbound links to my site to be reflected in a link search in Google by doing "link:<mydomain>". Right now, this does not produce any results. The website has been live for 6 months, and I have done everything I could, but could not get it to work.
If you can show me you can get results done and show me that your work will be indexed and reflected in such a search, then the project is yours.
You can do this by means of forum posts, blog ONLY. If you want to use other means, you will have to PM me what you have in mind that will make this work so I can approve.
This is a 2 step project.
First step:
You will need to buildup a small amount of links. You need to advise me how many will be necessary. We will then wait 1-2 weeks for that to pick up. If after that time, you can show me that your work can be reflected in a "link:<mydomain>" search in Google, then I will let you go on to the second step.
ALSO, for example, if you do 10 posts, I understand that not all of them will be indexed right away. I just want to see some results. Obviously if I see the "link:<mydomain>" search results in Google increase from 0 as it is right now, then I know you're doing the right job I am expecting of you, and will grant you the full project.
Second step:
This is basically what you've done in the first step, but on a larger scale. I will need about 500-1000 inbound links by way of blogs, forums.

I will expect you to put to PM me a price for Step 1 only. The reason for that is if step 1 does not result in any progress, I will not go through step #2 with you as a provider, and I will only pay for the "Step 1" portion and not for the entire project!
