SEO for clothing site

We are a women's apparel & accessories store. We specialize in clubwear, swimwear, exoticwear, lingerie, sexy shoes, jewelry & accessories. We are looking for a company or an individual who can handle the project of looking over our site and making sure all code is correct in order to get indexed, build links, and all other methods to get higher ranking on msn, yahoo, and google. Please provide us with a basic strategy of how you plan to optimize our site. We can provide most of the keywords so you can use them as you wish and we are looking to stay away from ppc for now but may consider it in the future. Most importantly we are looking for someone who can communicate through emails or instant messages at least once or twice a week for about 20 minutes to go over the status of our site and what kind of work is being done. We have a full time employee ready to work with you and provide you with all information to make our site a sucess.
