SEO Penguin Recovery and Link Audit

Dear Freelancers!
I'm looking for help with link removal and Penguin recovery for our clients. We will start with 1 domain for this project and would like to start as soon as possible.
Your job will be to create 3 files:
1. First is a spreadsheet that will be a complete link profile list that includes PR, DA, Anchor Text, No Follow, and Image Link (yes/no).
To create the first spreadsheet, you will need to have access to a fresh index of Majestic SEO or ahrefs. You will also use Open Site Explorer to add to the list of links and remove duplicates from the final spreadsheet. If you have access to LinkDetox, that is even better. All domains that are below DA30 or below PR2 will copied to the next spreadsheet for removal requests.
2. Second will be a spreadsheet that contains your Outreach process to include URL, Email, Date Contacted, Method Used (web form or email), and Date Responded.
Google requires a detailed spreadsheet of outreach. To gather emails on the next spreadsheet, you can run the links through SEOGadget or any scape tool you wish.
3. This last file will be a txt file ready to submit to Google Disavow.
You will then prepare the final txt file for Google disavow. You will NOT submit this file yourself. I will review all the final files before submitting to Google.
If you have a more detailed or different process, I'm open to your suggestions. I'm well aware of what is involved with this process, I just don't have time. This should take no longer then a week to complete the 3 files mentioned above.
I'm looking for someone that can handle this project well and quickly, and then I will provide more domains and link audit work.
