SEO project for Clothing Company

We are a women's apparel & accessories store. We specialize in clubwear, swimwear, exoticwear, lingerie, sexy shoes, jewelry & accessories. We are looking for a company or an individual who can look over our site and make sure all code is correct in order to get indexed, build links, and all ways to get higher ranking on msn, yahoo, and google. Please provide us with a basic strategy of how you plan to optimize our site. Bidding will be for the initial work and we can work out a month to month fee in order to stay with our company. We can provide most of the keywords so you can use them as you wish and we are looking to stay away from ppc for now but may consider it in the future. We are not looking for one time deals but for constant SEO work. Everything must be owned by our company as far as gateways. etc. We would also like reports every month on progress. After the first or second month we will decide whether to gurantee a one year contract to continue services. Most importantly we are looking for someone who can communicate through emails or instant messages at least once or twice a week for about 20 minutes to go over the status of our site and what kind of work is being done.
