Request for Proposal: Google AdWords Manager for evening dress fashion shop in germany. Our business currently has an existing Pay-Per-Click advertising presence on Google AdWords, Goole Shopping and Remarketing but its not very successfull right now. The costs per conversion are too high. We need to increase conversion rate and also lower the CPC. There is enough data to study already in the campaign since our campaign is running for some years already. Project Requirements – We require development and management of an AdWords campaign that will (1) Increase our conversions. (2) Improve our overall AdWords campaign. Our Keywords are all german. Our market is only in germany and austria. But we can help you with the keywords or you can use google translator. All new keywords should be discussed and confirmed by us. You need to do everything necessary so our campaign will improve. Also we need you to optimize our Google Shopping and Google remarketing campaigns. You need to have perfect experience with Google Analytics and run A/B tests with us together to optimize the conversionrate of our website so we will get better conversions for all above campaigns. We are looking for a long termin business with you and want to optimize and work on our campaigns continuously. For example, after project completion, we should be able to see an increase in daily sales and have an optimized, better performing AdWords campaign that will lower our CPC due to better performing ads and a higher CTR. After project is completed by you we want to wait 10 days and then get a report from you which shows better performance of our campaign. I have managed numerous projects like web-stores, hypermarkets, clinics, estate sales. 1) So first of all keyword research, using analytics, determine the most "profitable" keywords and focus on them mostly, increasing bids there to acquire increased convertions. 2)You have correctly mentioned negative keywords, which should be added to AD groups to avoid unnecessary clicks. 3)Need also to experiment with AD positions to find the best one. 4) Find the perfect balance between exact/broad match. 5)AD texts optimization is important to get higher QS, which usually leads to CPC decrease. 6) Landing pages have extreme influence on convertions, so revising usability and performing A/B testing is also crucial.
