Help me with Marketing Product in Israel

I have some software [login to view URL] that works well in hebrew if the user has windows and the hebrew language pack installed. Works as a great hebrew thesaurus and hebrew to english thesaurus as well as hebrew to spanish, hebrew to french.
It can also help the user build english vocabulary.
I'm looking for help marketing, to get a few thousand users in Israel and some good PR. Also if you know anyone who owns a major site that you can link me up with, that would be great as I cannot speak or type hebrew fluently.
If you have any resources to get it written up on major sites or just shared with some friends that would be great. Price negotiable.
It would help if you see if it can work on your computer so you can post screenshots or a youtube video (or flix) of it in action.
