Parx Studios, a creative agency serving the music industry, is seeking a web professional to perform a bundle of tasks related to online presence optimization for our artist clients. These tasks range from simple to complex and may include all or some of the following: - Creating a Google account - Creating a Google Brand account - Managing/updating a Google Brand account - Adding music to Google Play/YouTube Music - Creating an official Artist Channel on YouTube - Creating/managing an artist website - Optimizing a website for SEO - Registering a website in Google Search Console - Implementing a site schema markup - Writing an SEO optimized artist bio - Creating/editing a Wikipedia entry - Creating/editing a [login to view URL] entry - Creating a MusicBrainz Entry - Optimizing artist images - Distributing music on streaming services - Optimizing digital music profiles - Optimizing social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok) - Optimizing backlinks between all profiles and website - Optimizing tour information and ticketing - Claiming and verifying Google Knowledge Panel - Adding/editing featured image in Knowledge Panel - Adding/editing artist info in Knowledge Panel - Creating posts on Google (story, article, video, event, poll) - Setting up analytics across all platforms Ideal candidate will either have broad experience in at least 75% of these tasks with willingness to learn the other 25%, or a particular strength in either web/SEO or content writing and social media marketing. These tasks will be performed as part of a bundle of services over a 3 month period for each client. The candidate should be available to potentially handle multiple client accounts simultaneously. This will be an ongoing service with regular work for the right person.
