Spanish Speaking SEO and Virtual Assistant

We're in need of a virtual assistant with SEO experience on a fulltime, permanent basis. Your job will consist of translating articles, finding other blogs in both English and Spanish that rank for our keywords, searching for the sites with their backlinks and sending emails to other website owners. Generally, implementing our strategy.
A strong command of the English language is paramount as well as Spanish. A third language like Portuguese or French would be a huge bonus.
Happy and cheery attitude are important.
Needs to be able to type 50+ WPM
Internet with download speeds of 20+ mpbs
