Backorder Button and other custom shopify change

Hello,
I have 2 tasks on a shopify site.
#1 Have the Add to Cart Button change to say #Backorder" and maybe add a message that this product is currently out of stock and will be ordered as soon as back in stock.
#2 I am using infinite product options for some customization. When the product is selected and I am in the checkout, there are some weird product description options io_product_group showing up, I need that deleted.
