ECommerce Features List General Features • “Customers Also Bought” section below each product/ service a customer looks at, that makes suggestions. • Ability for someone to log onto their Health Gauge account to see their payment history. • Can click on the shopping cart icon and there is a side menu that appears with the order summary. • Ability to have sale prices on either products or services. • Ability to have a “Sale” section that lists all products on sale. • Connects to the [login to view URL] platform . Payment Features • Payment page still has a menu at the top that navigates to the [login to view URL] and healthgauge.com. • Option to split payments between My Viva and Health Gauge. (For example, if someone purchases a “Health Gauge Premium + My Viva Plan” then $100 will be sent to My Viva and $25 will be sent to Health Gauge.) • Supports all main credit cards and PayPal • Can provide different shipping options (free and expedited). • Tracking/ confirmation number to track shipment. • Can integrate with an internal system for Order Fulfilment (for example to take an item in the warehouse and ship it to the correct address, then update the order status). • In the future it might be nice to add on Google Pay and Apple Pay options. • The store should have an internal inventory of items, and if something has sold out then it will say “Sold Out” for the item, until we update the inventory. (For example, if we have 500 wearables in stock and people order all 500, then when someone clicks on that item it will say “Sold Out” and they won’t have the option of purchasing it right away.) Health Plans / Service • Different plan/subscription types • A page for the different Health Plans • Monthly subscription/ payment • Yearly subscription/ payment Products • Ability to have a new page that lists all products within a category. (For example, we have one page with just wearables, a different page with just weigh scales) • Ability to select product colour out of a few options. • Ability to select the quantity/ number of product • Wearable available for individual purchase (select quantity) or as a box of 10 or a box or 25 (with the ability to select the quantity of boxes). Bundle Deals • Ability to combine a product with another product or a service to get a “bundle deal” and a special price. • 2 products (Wearable + Weigh Scale) • If someone buys a Wearable + Weigh Scale they have the option of selecting the number of weigh scales and wearables, but they need to buy at least one of each. • Service + 1 product (Health Plan + Wearable) - available only with a yearly subscription plan. • Service + 2 products (Health Plan + Wearable + Weigh Scale) - available only with a yearly subscription plan. • When someone gets a product + service bundle, the payment needs to be set up so the product is only charged once, and the yearly plan continues at a normal rate after the first year.
