Anaxyn Finance (DeFi project)

Anaxyn is a fast-growing DeFi project that is revolutionizing the way people manage their digital assets. We are looking for a talented and experienced Community Manager to join our team and help us grow our community. As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies that will help us engage with our community and build strong relationships with our users. You will work closely with our marketing and development teams to develop and execute social media campaigns, manage online forums and communities, and organize events and meetups. Responsibilities: • STRONG EXPERIENCE IN WEB 3.0! • Develop and implement a community engagement strategy that aligns with our business goals. • Manage and moderate social media channels, online forums, and other community platforms. • Respond to user inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and publish content that resonates with our community. • Plan and execute community events, meetups, and other initiatives that will help us connect with our users. • Monitor community feedback and use data to inform our community engagement strategy. • Collaborate with the development team to ensure that community feedback is incorporated into our product roadmap. • Analyze community engagement metrics and report on the success of our community engagement initiatives. Requirements: • 1+ years of experience in community management, social media management, or a related field. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Demonstrated ability to build and grow online communities. • Familiarity with the DeFi space and blockchain technology. • Ability to analyze data and use it to inform decision-making. • Excellent organizational and project management skills. • Experience planning and executing events and meetups.
