VA required for customer service, social media and order processing!

We are looking for 2 impeccable VA’s to join our growing team!
MUST have excellent written and spoken English. Must also have great attention to detail and be able to follow instructions and get tasks done. Must be able to take the initiative and work well alone, with minimal supervision.
We have a Shopify powered website and use dropified to order so experience using both and also ali express would be an advantage.
Facebook is our main social media platform so you must be able to use Facebook, be able to interact with our customers, answer their messages, plus post good content on the Facebook page.
Customers also email for help so you must be able to reply and interact with them via email too.
We need someone that can be flexible as this is not a structured job due to the nature of social media etc, hours can vary.
We are looking for the right people to help us push our business forward - you need to be motivated and willing to muck in, We are wanting someone who will become a part of our team long term eventually, but will be part time to begin with.
