I am looking for an experienced Field Sales Executive to join my retail business. This position requires a motivated self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with minimal guidance. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record in developing new accounts and growing existing relationships.
As a Field Sales Executive, you will have responsibility for driving revenue growth by executing tactical sales strategies to identify and pursue new opportunities as well as nurture and develop existing customer relationships. Additional duties include negotiating contracts, overseeing customer service and satisfaction, and managing the sales pipeline with a focus on hitting monthly and annual quotas.
