Scoial Media expert needed for beauty brands

Hi We have 6 brands actually but at the moment we are looking' to take advantage of marketing and retailing activity for 2 particular brands to increase engagement, following, likes, retweets etc through our social media accounts.. We are looking for an individual, preferably based in UK or US, to help with Social media strategy for these 2 brands over FB, Insta and Twitter (not as important) also. We have 1 girl for each currently posting but they need direct help and also an overview management. To be clear you do no need to do the day to day posting, only to guide it, plan and strategise, and develope an effective promotnioal and # focus. First brand - a natural hair range (4 mens, 4 womens and 1 unisex product), has just been signed into a major UK online retailer and the social media needs to be focused in this way, growth leading to engagement and sales throught he new retail partner. We have also engaged a ex cricketers to be the face of the Mens ranges (womens to follow), so we also need to make the most from that and his 95K Twitter followers. Second brand - colour cosmetics, is the new main professionla make up partner of a fairly high profile UK TV show, with around 3.2 million viewers. The previous make up partner started with 50k inst followers and now has 1 million after 3 years with the show. We need to make the very most of this 10 week tv series, with promotions, #ing correctly etc. So both need a strategy. You will need to agree to ongoing realistic KPIs, on followers and engagement, but we need to see real growth with real people. This will be a rolling monthly contract for £400pm, which we estimate to be around 35 hours over the month, but as I say we have 4 other brands, which in time will also need social media management.
