- Save login / password and server settings for each mail account to avoid re-entering all the details every time
- save the email addresses in a text file (. txt) or Excel file (. xls) preset for each mail account
- save an email address per line in the text or Excel file, do not save the email address if it is already present in the file to avoid duplication, and if there are already email addresses in the text or excel file save the email addresses just after these ones in the file
The software must be delivered without bugs
If so, the freelancer will correct any reported bug within a short timeframe during a period of 6 months.
